RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

**ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.**

NO REFUNDS.  Exchanges can be made for UNWORN clothing within (5) days after you’ve received the itemAny items that are sent back for exchange have to be in SELLABLE condition (smoke free, unworn, no stains, etc.).

Here are our Guidelines for Exchanges:

  • The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return items. 
  • Purchaser MUST MAKE A PAYPAL PAYMENT OF $8.00 (to shunmelson@comcast.net) to cover shipping costs for us to ship your exchange item.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • After shipping payment has been confirmed in PAYPAL,  please email us at shun@shunmelson.com and we will provide a return number and address for mailing your items.
  • We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All orders take up to 48 hours (2 business days) to ship.  (IF THE ITEM IS not a backorder)
  • All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day.
  • Express shipping is offered via email request.

Please check the description of the item you are ordering to confirm its availability. Pre-orders ship at a later specified date.
